What starts off as a relaxing Saturday afternoon in the Connor’s backyard, soon becomes anything but relaxing when Julia Connor receives word that there’s been a bombing at the office building she works at. When arriving on site, David and Tom are surprised to find that the NID has taken over the investigation regarding this incident. Meanwhile back on Horizon Zach Hoffmann must learn that a person he once was very close to has been killed in the explosion at Julia’s office building. Devastated by the news, Zach returns to Earth to find that the death of his acquaintance may have been related to an organization which poses a threat to the safety of Earth. ”Countdown” which is said to shed some light into the Zach Hoffmann’s background, was written by Alex Rubit, and is expected to air in Febuary. The guest characters include Zach Hoffmann, Jerry Madison, Julia Connor, Caitlin Connor, Agent Malcolm Barrett, General Ross, Walter Harriman and Miles Forrester.
